I am a qualified teacher with more than twenty years experience teaching French, Spanish and English. I provide grinds in French, and Spanish to mainly Junior Cert and Leaving Cert, students. I speak fluent French and Spanish and I teach the skills associated with Oral, Aural, Reading and Writing.

My role is to facilitate the student in achieving their goal which may be an exam grade or a specific language skill. We follow the course syllabus and use the ebook version of the textbook as well as online exam papers. The classes are one-on-one and they are live on Zoom video screen where I share the ebook, exam paper and whiteboard with the student. I encourage the student to do homework including essays which I correct and give feedback on.

Previously I tutored using the First Tutors Ireland platform for 10 years but it closed down recently. Some of my past students stayed with me right through from first year to sixth year. My multiple student testimonials describe the benefits of the grinds not least of all in boosting their confidence.
