Hola! I'm Kayleigh, 30 years old from Kildare. I'm a Qualifying Spanish Secondary School teacher with over 10 year experience delivering grinds to students. I'm currently in my final year on the Professional Master of Education in UCC, where I am teaching Spanish in a school 4 days a week (teaching all genders and ages).

I am a very patient, empathetic teacher, who also challenges students to reach their full potential. I am experienced with teaching students with additional needs including autism, dyslexia, etc. I aim to make lessons engaging and interactive, focusing on Communication Language Teaching where the student builds their confidence by engaging with real-life Spanish language skills and culture.

I studied in Madrid for two years and have a first class honours degree in Business and Spanish from DCU and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE, Madrid. I spent 8 months travelling in Central and South America and aim to bring Spanish and Latin cultural elements into my lessons.

I charge 35 euro per hour online. I have corrected Spanish JC mock examinations last year and am very familiar with the JC and LC curriculum.
