I am a fully qualified Chemistry teacher, registered with the Irish Teaching Council. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and a Graduate Diploma in Chemical Engineering. I also hold a Master's of Arts in Teaching. I have over 9 years of experience teaching science and maths at the secondary level. I have also been a teaching assistant at the university level for Organic Chemistry.

I have 9 years of experience preparing students for externally assessed exams. My approach to tutoring is to meet students where they are at with no judgement. I understand the pressures students can feel, especially in maths and science! I am supportive and focus on what students can do to make manageable and meaningful improvements. In my sessions, I focus on how students should approach exam-style questions while utilising strategies that promote deep learning.
