Hello! My name is Eve Smith and I am a qualified Irish and Religious Education teacher with 5 years’ teaching experience.

I hold a degrees and a Masters of Education in both subjects from DCU, as well as a Diploma in Irish from NUI Galway. I have also worked with the Gaeltacht, Spleodar, as a Cinnire, Ard-Chinnire and Cúntóir.

I have extensive experience teaching students at both Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate level. I correct State and mock examinations and also conduct State and mock exam oral examinations, giving me a strong understanding of exam expectations and what is required to achieve excellent results.

My grinds are tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style. I aim to create a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment while focusing on exam technique, key concepts, written work, oral preparation and building confidence.
